Family: Fabaceae (Pea family).

Native of Australia.

Large-leaf Bush-pea is a medium to large shrub. It grows in higher rainfall areas, e.g. near Daylesford and Hepburn.

Identify by:

This species is restricted to granite outcrops e.g. Mt Moorul and Mt Tarrengower. It often grows against granite tors, sometimes in cracks in the granite. It grows to a metre or more high. It is abundant on some other granite hills e.g. the Warby Ranges.

VROTS: rare.
