Family: Lamiaceae. (Mint family)
Occurrence: Very rare locally, possibly now locally exinct. It was one of three plant species found in the 1970s at the base of the metamorphic aureole at Barkers Creek. This, with the other two, Hop Goodenia and Burgan, have not been seen since, despite searches for them. The three species are plants of wetter climates.
Photos 1: Mt. St. Leonard. 2: Grampians. Both photographs: 1960s. After half a century the colours have faded and the detail has blurred.
