Small Poranthera - native (Poranthera microphylla)

Family: Phyllanthaceae. It was formerly included in the Euphorbia family. As with the euphorbias (the rubber tree family), the sap is milky.

Common bushland plant. It flowers in late spring or summer.

Recognise:

Each plant has separate male and female flowers. The female flowers produce fruit which are on erect stalks.
